Here's what to expect at one of our parties
Curious as to what our parties are like? Here's a run down
- Sexy couples and single women are welcome. We do screen attendees to keep the mix of couples fun, age group close to 30-50, and similar interests among everyone. Straight men and straight or bi women. No single men.
- Most couples arrive around 8. We recommend those that are newer to the lifestyle or house party arrive on the earlier side to easily engage in conversation as other couples arrive. We love talking to couples and sharing our experience and fun.
- Worried about being under dressed in lingerie or a skimpy outfit? I can guarantee you will not be, but bring a change of clothes if you are hesitant. You will not regret it. This is a great opportunity to show off your sexy side among people that will certainly appreciate it, while getting your partner all hot and bothered too. We have themes to allow you to bring out your sexiest self! Always keep it sexy! Men & Women - Dress to impress!
- For the first hour or so, everyone is mingling, meeting each other, flirting, having a fun time socializing. This is a great interactive way to meet other couples in a safe environment that is light sexual fun. Some couples are rubbing their partner through their clothes, maybe a nipple or two is teased. Fun and sexy talk abound.
- We have dance music playing and some couples always get in to naughty dancing. We do! We love it.
- Many of the women that come have bi tendencies. This is a great place to explore a side that maybe you always wanted to venture to. You will see lots of women kissing and playing.
- Usually around 10, things have heated up a lot, and some couples have gone to the playroom where they play with their partner, or others have joined them. We have usually broken out the whipped cream and some couples are enjoying dessert delivered on nipples or other sexy places.
- New couples to the lifestyle can watch, play with their spouse, or if they are both on board, perhaps ask another couple if they can play. Always ask to touch and play with other couples. Communication is key, and it never hurts to ask.
- While some couples play, others continue to socialize in the kitchen area. Some flow back and forth between play and socializing. The hottub is open and some couples make their way there to enjoy themselves with another couple. Most are usually naked in the hottub. Everyone really enjoys some time in the hottub under the stars with their sexy partner, and other sexy people for talking, or perhaps a little frisky play.
- The night usually wraps up around 1am. Some couples begin to leave around midnight for longer drives, but many stay to the end of the night. Don't wait too long to chat or play with sexy friends.
- There are hotels nearby that some guests use. All within a 15 minute drive or Uber

What to wear: Sexy! Guys dress sexy too! Try to follow the theme if you can. If you aren’t comfortable wearing something revealing, wear your sexiest, and bring something really sexy in case you find yourself over dressed and want to join in the vibe. Many women go through wardrobe changes. Some women might have their titties out by 10;) We like overachievers too! Please feel free to change here upon arrival.
What to bring: Sexy attitude, BYOB- your own booze, adult toys, cooler, towels for squirting & hottub, bag for your stuff.
We provide: snacks, water, ice, mixers, coffee, hot tub, music, sexy and clean atmosphere, playbeds, washcloths, lube and condoms. (but bring what you like as well). You can use the refrigerator for your drinks if there is space.
Parking: sedans please fill the driveway before you park on the street. No blocking cars.
- Large trucks/SUVs please park on the street.
- Cars park backed in across back of driveway/garage. Watch out for rock walls on your way out later.

No Show?: If you can’t make it, please let me know. We realize things come up. No Show with no notice to us will result in being moved to the wait list for any future sold out party. Guys must arrive and depart with their partner.

Play area: play anywhere on the main floor, lower level Exploration Den, and the Island Time pavilion.
- The pink sheet beds are for women-only play. Partners may watch. After 10:30 it's open to men and women.
- There is lots of open sex. If it offends, bring your blindfold, lol.
- Enjoy the sights and sounds of everyone in pleasure around you, watching, or playing. The louder the better! Enjoy yourselves.
- Squirters? Please use a towel. We enjoy it too.
- There will be a mix of voyeurs, soft, full swap couples (there are no single guys). Play is not expected, but enjoy yourself!
***Our house is our family home. Please treat it well, and help us keep this going. Clean-up spills, etc, let me know if something breaks. We enjoy having a great group of sexy couples here for laughs, friendship, and some fun.
Sexual etiquette: Always talk with those you want to play with, and no means no. If your partner plays with someone, don’t assume that is a green light for you too. Always ask, and communicate if things progress. Even if you want to give a massage - let him/her know and they’ll tell you if they’d love that. If you end up in a group play situation, voice what you like and don’t. It’s completely ok to say ‘no thanks’.
If something happens that you feel is inappropriate, we request you inform us. The other party will be informed of their actions and have their membership revoked for repeated or serious offenses.

The no-nos:
-Upstairs and den bedrooms are off limits (bathrooms can be used). There is a private bedroom in the lower sexploration den available. Door closed = in use, no peeking, but be considerate of time use.
-Sexual preferences for straight/bi women and straight guys. No guy-guy play as this is a small group and lots of open play for aligned desires of the broader group.
-No pictures or videos (you can keep your phone with you, just don't walk around with it please)
-No Sex in the hottub (neighbors have some visibility). Discrete fun is ok and encouraged:). 6 person limit.
-Hot tub stays at 100 please.
-No illegal drugs or fall down drunks (that just isn't sexy, plus consent and conscious choice may not be possible).
